Returns & Exchanges

At Jordan Craig, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original, unworn condition. Please note that all tags must be attached and items must be free of any signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
